About Our Program

The Allendale Public School District provides Early On and Special Education Services to residents of Allendale, Michigan.

Special Education Services are for students from birth to 26 years who have been identified, evaluated and found eligible for programs and/or services under the Michigan Administrative Rules for Special Education. Michigan Administrative Rules for Special Education defines eligibility for special education services within 13 categories of disability.

All elementary, intermediate and secondary schools in Allendale determine the existence of a Specific Learning Disability using a Pattern of Strengths and Weaknesses.
